The Fireballs charity event

This year the Fireballs charity event wasn't fair for the Dynamo Dash at all. The biggest difference between our team and the Dynamo Dash is that we have five kids with Strike Force chairs and we practice every Saturday. On the other hand, the Dynamo Dash only plays power soccer when this event happens. Plus, the score was 15:0; it was almost too easy, they should really practice more! I did get a goal though before ten minutes was up. I didn't get to play that much because the coach wanted me to be goalie. I think I might of got in trouble for not using my peripheral vision. I think I might need a rear view mirror! Maybe next year it'll be more fair for the Dynamo/Dash players. Anyway, when I first started warming up, most of the Elders from Camp Blessings came up behind me like a bunch of ninjas and said hi to me. And then, just as l thought everyone that knows me was there, another ninja nicknamed Kitty Purry came to watch me play. The funny thing is that my mom and dad didn't recognize her because she dyed her hair brown! I was so surprised that they came! All in all the whole event was pretty cool. Especially when some of my friends from Camp Blessings took the time to come to watch me play. That was really nice of them to do that.

P.S I just thought of a new nickname for Jaycee Wright and it is Karen the Cougar from the movie Talladega Nights.

P.SS If you don't get that, it's okay. I'm just being a dork right now.

I love having my sister back

My sister has been gone at Nanna and Papa's house for a week to hang with our cousins. That way my mom could have a nice break from cleaning up all the destruction she causes in the house. The house was so calm and quiet for a whole week. The downside of Caleryn being away with Nanna and Papa is that I don't get as much food when she's gone, because whatever she doesn't eat after ten minutes goes into my belly, except for raisins and avacados. I was so excited when Caleryn came home. I wanted to hug her ten times but she's stingy with hugs. We were so excited to see her and glad that she's back but the house looked like a tornado hit it within 1 hr of her return! Hey, at least my stomach is getting fuller now.

The Guns and Roses concert

The Guns and Roses concert at the NRG stadium was awesome! The stadium was packed, it had to be at least 80,000 people there. Me and my dad got there too early. My mom was supposed to go too but she can barely walk still, so we wasted a ticket. We had to wait for a hour and a half before they actually played! The reason we went to the concert is because Slash and the original band members was there. They played the songs pretty darn good, it almost sounded like it was on the radio. The only song that didn't really sound good is Paradise City. I think that they rushed it just to be done because it was the last song of the night. The concert was super loud, in fact once they played Sweet Child O' Mine the whole crowd just went crazy! There was a lot of old people there. The people there wore decent clothing and l didn't hear much cussing either, but of course we smelled beer and marajauna. It was 1am when we left the concert and surprisingly it didn't take really long to leave and we stayed to the end too! I was also suprised that my dad only yelled twice at people in the car when headed out. Two days later, me and my dad had allergies and I think it was from smelling marajauna at the concert. I don't know how people get addicted to that stuff. Anyway the concert was a once in a lifetime thing to see and it was pretty cool to see them in person and playing music.

First official power soccer practice since getting the strike force chair

Last week was my first power soccer practice in my new chair. I did okay on most of the drills we did, but l had trouble passing the ball to my partner while going backwards. Then we did a scrimmage and no, I did not score a goal but my teammate Kirsten did though. It was a pretty good goal too. I think my dad needs to make a couple of adjustments for the chair so I don't have to reach far to grab the joystick. Hopefully by the time our team plays against San Antonio, l will be used to the chair and have all of the adjustments corrected.

My dad is the new mom

While I was away at Camp Blessings and having a blast and Caleryn was at Nanna and papas, my mom was having knee replacement surgery and was in pain. Once me and Caleryn got home, it was time for my dad to be mom for a few days. It was kind of funny to see my dad do what she does everyday! My dad wanted to go back to his work after a day of being secondary mom. Pretty much all we are eating is processed junk foods and HungryMan TV dinners since my mom can't cook anything! Sometimes he'll get us a gourmet meal from Chick–Fill–A. #imissmymomscooking! My dad mainly was annoyed by all of the demands from Caleryn and my mom and Chewy. Chewy seems to go crazy every time Caleryn is around and she starts jumping on mom's hurt leg. I don't think my dad was annoyed by me as much as them. It is also funny to watch my mom having to do physical therapy for her knee! I might act like I'm Jillian Michals when she does therapy. Anyway I hope this surgery will make at least one of her knees not hurt so bad and walk better too.

Camp Blessings 2016

This year for camp l had a blast! I was very honored to be in the coolest cabin of all, cabin 7b, and I had an awesome buddy named Eric too. The other councilors are: Camden, Dylan, Jacob, Jason and Kyle.  But my favorites were: Dylan, Jacob, Jason, Eric, Logan, Jonas and Kitty Purry.  The cabin leaders were Brick and Iz, which are pretty cool guys. Food wise, the food was pretty good but I probably should have brought my boosts from home because I wasn't eating to my full potential. Speaking of which, Dylan was eating like he was starving all his life! I soon nicknamed him as the Hogg. Maybe we'll be food friends. I think Jason liked me just because of my smile. One time when it was our cabin's turn to pray during the cross carry, I actually prayed out loud! Which l do not like doing at all! After the cabin was done praying, Jason then said that he was almost choked up when he heard me pray! Anyway for the talent show l danced to the song "Paradise City" with Kitty Purry and Eric. Afterwards, the whole cabin danced to "Free Birds". Now if I could talk, I would so do a little comic show or maybe a lip sync to a rock song. I like going to camp because it's kinda nice getting away from all of the commotion in the house. I also like seeing my friends and doing all the activities there.
